There aren't enough words to express the healing that Meg has been able to help with. With patience, a warm and gentle nature, and her obvious expertise in her field made it a well worth journey of healing my mind, body and spirit. She has helped so much, that I've referred four of my friends to the practice. I cannot sing her praises enough for helping me through some very difficult traumas and memories in my life. I feel like a new woman, the old me but reborn. You will not regret seeing Meg and/or her husband Phillip. I'm eternally grateful.

We are thankful to have found this clinic, they have provided us with great support through both family counselling and couples counselling. We have found better ways to communicate, understand each other and find respect and love again. The clinic is beautiful and our therapist is warm, kind, respectful and experienced. We started with an individual session each, and then ongoing family sessions where we felt respected and understood. The fees are reasonable and the service has been excellent and well worth it. We would happily recommend.

My appointments are with Meg, and I couldn’t be happier! She always makes me feel welcome, safe and never thinks twice when I need her help. She has become more than just a therapist to me and I look forward to every session with her. The rooms at Melbourne therapy and counseling are amazing! The rooms are sound proof, well decorated with plants and blankets, comfortable chairs, always a cup of water/tea/coffee, cookies, tissues, and there is always a big box of stress toys. I’m so glad that I have the opportunity to meet with Meg and recommend her to everyone.

I recommend this clinic and I have been doing regular appointments to help manage my stress and anxiety. Phil is professional, friendly and his approach immediately put me at ease, allowing me to openly discuss my situation. The strategies I've learnt to cope and manage my work life balance and improve my anxiety at work and at home have been very beneficial. I felt heard, understood and not judged at all and there is a genuine sense of wanting to support and assist. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with stress and anxiety or depression. Plus they have after hours appointments at no extra charge - very convenient and quite affordable.
