Meghan

Meghan is an ACA Registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor whose personable, approachable, and warm and caring demeanor endears and allows her to deeply connect with all her clients right from the start. Meghan offers a compassionate and direct, empathetic and strengths-based approach to supporting her clients as they work through the challenges they face.

Meghan works with individuals (men, women and adolescents) and specialises in Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Stress and Burnout, with a focus on Social and General Anxiety, Relationship and Attachment Systems, Workplace Issues, Performance Anxiety, Bullying and Discrimination, Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence, Interpersonal Relationship Issues, Career Challenges and Life Stage Counselling.

Meghan specialises in assisting couples through relationship counselling in a safe and therapeutic space to help them navigate the challenges they face and find suitable outcomes for achieving healthier, balanced and happier relationships.

Meghan offers a safe and confidential space for her clients to process and explore the issues and challenges they face and find realistic, evidence based solutions to getting control back over their lives. Meghan is warm, friendly and compassionate and uses her extensive lived experience to connect and support her clients through their daily challenges.

Meghan is also a Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (Recognised by ACA, PACFA, ACWA, AAH, ASCH, IICT and CHA) offering bespoke and specialist individual and group supervision using the Step Up Supervision Model to professionals within the health care industry including Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Hypnotherapists, Nursing Professionals, Social Workers and any other Allied Health professionals requiring supervision as part of their membership requirements.

Phillip

Phillip is a compassionate and experienced ACA Registered Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals of all backgrounds through life’s challenges. Specialising also in men’s mental health, he provides a supportive and evidence based, solutions-focused environment for his clients to navigate their unique journeys without judgement in a safe space. With a wealth of experience, he addresses a wide spectrum of client concerns, specialising in Anxiety, Stress, Burnout and Couples Counselling.

Drawing from his extensive life experience, Phillip has successfully helped individuals manage and tackle various issues they face including social and general anxiety, bullying, anger management, relationship issues and stress and burnout. His expertise extends to assisting clients with workplace stress and burnout, finding appropriate and effective strategies for a healthy work life balance, helping individuals navigating the judicial system, struggling with anxiety, general stress and burnout, coping with significant life changes including separation, divorce, career changes, etc and adults experiencing issues with self-confidence, self-esteem, as well as mediating and helping couples through challenging times.

His approach creates a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore and confront their issues and develop practical solutions, ultimately understanding and regaining control over their lives again.

Phillip’s warm, gentle, and direct demeanor encourages open dialogue, enabling clients to find solace and robust solutions in shared experiences. Tania

Tania is a dedicated and compassionate general counsellor, specialising in helping adult clients to address a wide range of issues, including grief and loss, medical and health anxiety, perinatal and postnatal depression, anger management, relationship challenges, general anxiety, stress, burnout, and overwhelm.

With a calm and friendly demeanour, Tania creates a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, supporting them to make positive changes in their lives.

Tania empowers her clients with actionable and grounded self help solutions in order to achieve their goals. She has helped her clients find inner peace and happiness, increase their self-esteem and self worth, overcome burnout, improve their interpersonal relationships and be better equipped to handle life’s challenges.

Tania holds a Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma in Health Coaching ensuring a solid foundation in holistic and therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices, bringing both a holistic and somatic approach to emotional healing and well-being. Tania’s guidance, support and empathetic approach enables clients to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and improved relationships.
