Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to stress and burnout. CBT helps individuals develop coping strategies and problem-solving skills to manage their emotions better.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): A form of cognitive behavioral therapy that encourages individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings rather than trying to eliminate them. It teaches mindfulness and values-based behavior to help individuals lead a more fulfilling life despite the presence of stress or burnout.

Mindfulness-Based Therapies: Mindfulness practices, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), can be effective in reducing symptoms of stress and burnout. These therapies focus on developing present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT): Focuses on improving the quality of an individual’s relationships and communication skills. It aims to address interpersonal problems that may contribute to stress and burnout.

Psychodynamic Therapy: This therapy explores the unconscious patterns and unresolved conflicts that may underlie stress and burnout. By gaining insight into these issues, individuals can find ways to cope better with their emotions.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): SFBT is a goal-oriented and time-limited therapy that focuses on identifying solutions rather than dwelling on problems. It helps individuals set achievable goals and find practical ways to reach them reducing stress, anxiety and burnout.

Wellness and Somatic Therapy (ST): Is an approach to psychotherapy that emphasizes the importance of the body in understanding and addressing psychological issues. It recognizes the mind-body connection and how physical sensations, movements, and experiences are closely linked to emotional and psychological well-being. Somatic therapy views the body as a valuable resource for healing and self-awareness.
